Executive Chef Patrick Tague and his talented culinary staff assure the very high quality of all Club food offerings, from the daily dining room menu listings to special meals, buffets, and banquets. The culinary staff works closely with event planning to assure complete satisfaction.
The food and beverage professionals at the Country Club of Paducah spare no effort to ensure the food and the service are superb in every respect. Executive Chef Patrick Tague along with Whitney Stone-Leyhue, oversees all of the dining functions at the Club, from daily menu offerings to special dining events for the membership. Fresh, wholesome ingredients, unflagging attention to preparation detail, and aesthetic presentation ensure dining experiences that are pleasurable in all aspects.
Many of the Club’s social events include dining, and special themes add variety to the repeating menus. Themes might include holidays, international foods, a focus on summer harvests, or similar culinary adventures. An excellent selection of wines and beverages complete the experience.
