We have some Member Guest related schedule changes to announce.
Today, Thursday August 20th, the Sports Bar will close 1 hour early (6pm).
Saturday, the Dining Room, Sports Bar and Pool Shack will close at 2pm.
Glow Golf Registration
It’s hard to believe but we are less than a month out from GLOW GOLF! Please see below for tournament information. This event fills very quickly please respond to this email or call the Golf Shop to register. We will only have room for 32 two person teams.
*Please note that you will be billed for the event once you register. There will be no refunds for teams that drop out unless there is a team waiting to take their place.
Glow Golf
Glow Golf is coming to CCP on Friday, September 11th. Please sign up as 2-person team and you will then be paired with another twosome to form a 4-person scramble team. The deadline to register for this event will be Wednesday, September 2nd as we need lead time to order the night golf supplies. You do not want to miss this one of a kind event, please mark your calendar and plan to attend. Entry fee per player is $55.
New restriction on bars and restaurants
The State of Kentucky issued new restriction on bars and restaurants that begin today at 5pm. The interior seating has been reduced to 25%. To assist with capacity we will encourage our overflow patio seating, to use the lower patio, between the pool and Sports bar. We will shift our staff to best serve both patios and the restaurant.
We will continue to make the necessary changes to serve you as we adjust to new regulations.

Fitness Center
Dear Members,
The Tennis Center is pleased to announce that as of today, the Fitness Center is fully re-open to all members for 24/7 access. All Key Fobs should work for backdoor access at any time, day or night. If your Key Fob does not work for whatever reason, please come see one of the Tennis Center Associates for assistance.
We would like to remind every to be safe and healthy. Please maintain social distancing practices while traversing through the Fitness Center. The Fitness Center will continue to be cleaned and sanitized three times a day by Tennis Center staff members. The Tennis Center would like to ask everyone to help in maintaining the cleanliness efforts by wiping down equipment before and after use. If you are or have felt sick in the past twenty-four hours, please do not visit the Fitness Center to protect other patrons.
The Tennis Center staff would like to thank everyone for their patience as we start to ease back into normalcy. Our community has done an excellent job at maintaining a happy, healthy, and safe environment, and your efforts have helped tremendously. Pool Openings News
We have some news regarding the pool. Our pool meets the rules published by the state of Kentucky to open and operate as an aquatic center. Therefore, we will be opening the pool under the Aquatic Center Rules beginning Thursday morning June 18th.
There are some strict limitations that we will need to follow. We may allow up to two swimmers at one time, swimming in separate lanes, with an empty lane between them. According to the regulations all swim times must be reserved in advance.
Reservations will be in 30 minutes blocks and you may reserve up to an hour. Below are the rules that you will need to be aware of and includes the email address and my phone number for reserving your lane.
Our schedule for this week will be 9am till 8pm Thursday June 18th and Friday June 19th. We will be open 10am till 6pm Saturday June 20th and Sunday June 21st.
We are very happy to be able to make this small step forward.
The regulations for expanded pool use, starting June 29th, has just been published! The limit on the number of people allowed in the pool at one time is larger than we expected. We will follow up with more news on June 29th later, but for now Aquatic Center rules starting tomorrow and recreational swimming starting June 29th!
Aquatic Center Rules
- Maximum pool occupancy is 2 people in the water, in separate lanes.
- Only one Swimmer is allowed per lane and the adjacent lane must be vacant.
- You must reserve your lane by calling 270-448-6594 or email swimccop@gmail.com to reserve a lane in advance. We will let you know if the time requested is available. If it is not we will suggest the next closest time slot.
- Only one coach or parent is permitted to join a swimmer, however they must maintain 6 feet of physical distance.
- All swimmers, coaches, parents, and staff must maintain 6 feet of physical distance.
- All swimmers, coaches, parents, and staff must wear face masks. Swimmers must remove their mask before entering the pool.
- All swimmers, coaches, parents, and staff must properly wash their hands.

Restaurant Open on Memorial Day
Even though we can not have our pool party & buffet due to COVID-19, we will be open! The restaurant and the Sport Bar will be open until 8pm. We will be closed on Tuesday this week instead of Monday.

Saturday Game Results
Thank you to the 48 players that participated in our first “Contactless Tournament” yesterday. While we are operating under the current regulations the Golf Shop will plan to offer the “Contactless Tournament” every Saturday. Registration for the Saturday Game will only be taken through the online signup platform. You can access this on our website or on the CCP app, for each option click on Golf Events.
