The Return of Men’s Night

Men’s Night 2020- Getting Back to Playing

Beginning on Wednesday, June 3rd Men’s Night will be back.  With all the restrictions that COVID-19 has brought we will not be able to offer Men’s Night in the same manner as usual, but we want to start getting back to playing.  Please see below for how we plan to roll out Men’s Night.

Men’s Night Guidelines

  • Assuming we are in Phase II of the CDC recommendations we will only be able to host 50 players or less for Men’s Night
  • With the single rider cart policy, we will keep track of players registered that need carts
  • 20 of our 32 carts will be reserved for Men’s Night, if the remaining 12 are not in use at the time of play they will also be released for Men’s Night
  • Initially their will not be a Food & Beverage component following Men’s Night, but you can make reservations for dining in the clubhouse
  • We hope to get back to F&B following play by June 17th or June 24th
  • Scoring will be through the Golf Genius platform
  • GGID’s will be issued to each team and the “A” player will be in charge of reporting the scores
  • Initially we will not take cash for the Men’s Night entry- all entry fees will be billed to the member account and payouts will be in Golf Shop scrip
  • The usual $1 for HIO pot and $4 for Year End Scramble will still go into the respective categories
  • This year members will only need to participate in 5 Men’s Night to qualify for the Year End Scramble
  • Registration for Men’s Night will be as usual- an email will go out Wednesday morning and members may register by replying to the email or calling the Golf Shop
