Hello Members –

Just as we thought we were sailing to the end of 2020, Governor Beshear announced yesterday afternoon new mandates to help combat the spread of COVID-19.  These new mandates will take effect beginning on Friday, November 20 at 4 p.m. CST and last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.  The new mandates that affect the Club directly are as follows:

• Restaurants and bars will be closed for indoor dining services (can still do outdoor dining, delivery and to go)
• Limited indoor social gatherings: Limited to your current household plus one other household; and not to exceed eight people.
• Indoor venues, event spaces or theatres can host no more than 25 people per room. This includes funerals and weddings. Does not apply to places of worship – rules to be issued tomorrow.
• Gyms, fitness centers, bowling alleys, pools and similar businesses must reduce capacity to 33% occupancy. Group classes are prohibited. Anyone inside the facility must maintain 6 ft. distance, and masks are required. No indoor practices for any sports.

The Club is working on some alternative plans for the next few weeks and especially the Thanksgiving Holiday. Any existing Thanksgiving dine-in reservations can request to be switched to carry out. You can find the carry out menu on the CCP app under Dining Room & Social Events. These carryout boxes are portioned for four people and contain everything listed on the flyer.

We will be offering lunch carry out from 11-3pm and dinner service carry out from 4-7pm. To streamline this service we are requesting that orders be sent via text (iPhone users) or email (android users) to ccofpaducah@icloud.com. The golf parking spots facing hole #9 will be marked “To Go Only” and numbered. Simply let us know that you have arrived and we will bring your order right to your vehicle. Chef Mike is putting together his family 4 pack specials that members loved for our previous shut down. Whitney is also working on daily carry out drink specials and kids activities that you can add to your orders.
