Tennis – Removing Water Coolers

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus pandemic, the Tennis Center Staff feel it is necessary to stop providing community water coolers inside the tennis bubble and to outside courts. We are also not going to bring down large swaths of water for each member during this time.

We are also shutting off the community water fountain inside the Fitness Center.

At this time, we are not stopping coffee availability.

We ask that each member please bring their own water during play. If you would like other beverages we can accommodate that.

We thank you for your continued patience with us as we go through this troubling time. Please contact anyone in the Tennis Center for further questions.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Because of the ongoing situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus and its extremely contagious nature, we here at the Tennis Center fill it is in the best interest of our members, staff, and the community that we cancel all Tennis Clinics until further notice.

Junior Clinics will be prorated from six weeks to three weeks.

Men’s Night, Men’s Cardio, Ladies Cardio, Ladies Night, and all other clinics will be suspended until at least 1 April. At which time we will reevaluate the ongoing situation.

Private and Group lessons will continue at the discretion of the member(s) and the Tennis Professional.

Thank you for your time and patience with us, and we try to navigate these difficult times. The Fitness Center and Tennis Center will remain open and operational. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to Justin Farley or Chris Dallas for further information. Thank you.

Pre Klondike Classic Warm Up

For those of you that are already going crazy with no sports on TV we are going to offer a Pre-Klondike Classic warm up today.  If you would like to play please call the Golf Shop and register.  The event will begin at 12:30 pm and cost will be $5 cash per player.  As you can imagine the golf course is extremely wet, so to help move everyone around quickly I am going to place a “tee box” right off of the cart path somewhere between 200 yards and 50 yards away from each green.  With this “Par 3” format we should finish in 3 hours or less.

On another note I ask that for the next couple of weeks all groups leave the pin in when playing.  This is just a safety measure to eliminate contact by multiple people.
